Do you have a roof terrace, hot tub, garden, an OLED curved TV, parking, etc? All the things you assess when choosing a hotel are also important for short-let apartments. We would expect any apartment we manage to have high-speed wifi and a digital TV in the living space.

Property Size

Size Matters, especially for how many people your property can accommodate. Many Airbnb and other visitors come in groups and often calculate the price per room or per person. Usually, if your home has two bedrooms, you could earn double than if it has one bedroom.

Condition

Having fresh paint, modern equipment, and a good bed does matter. Potential guests will judge whether they like your home based on photos they see on Airbnb or our other platforms. We can help you set your property up to show it in it’s best light
